1. About TinderCup

TinderCup helps soccer fans create profiles, explore match rooms, discover nearby fan gatherings, and communicate with other users.

TinderCup is an independent fan service. TinderCup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the World Cup, national football federations, teams, leagues, stadiums, broadcasters, or event organizers.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to use online social services in your location.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account secure.

3. User Conduct

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, exploit, or harm other users.

Private messages are intended for communication between users, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Offline Meetings and Safety

TinderCup may help users discover nearby fan places or match-related gatherings, but TinderCup does not organize, supervise, verify, or guarantee offline meetings.

Use caution when meeting people offline. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, and follow local laws and venue rules.

6. Payments

Some features may require payment. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Fees, availability, refunds, and access rules may vary by feature, location, or promotion.

7. No Official Event Rights

TinderCup does not sell official tickets, official event access, broadcast rights, team merchandise, or official World Cup services.

Names, marks, teams, tournaments, and event references belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TinderCup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the service.
